Clients are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Damaged Items
In case of a damaged item, please retain the damaged items and contact us immediately. We will initiate the claim with the shipping company on your behalf.

• Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame, shipping cost is not refundable.
