Shipping Time

Your order is our priority. We aspire to ship within 3 to 5 business days. Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its journey.

Shipping Cost

The shipping cost is calculated based on distance, dimensions, and weight. Smaller items may travel with "FEDEX" or "USPS," while larger ones ride in a pallet crate via motor freight. Need something special, like express service? Just let us know. International orders? We've got you covered with Air shipping. Questions? Reach out!

International Shipping for Non-Wildlife Items

We love our wildlife, but unfortunately, we can't send them on international adventures. However, our non-wildlife items can make the trip. Contact us for an international shipping quote. And please, check and follow your local/state regulations.

Large Orders

Big things come in big packages. For large items, there's a handling fee included in the shipping cost. It covers packing materials and labor. Your order will be carefully packaged in a custom-built box for a safe journey. Curious about the details? Reach out for more info.

Your security is essential. For orders over $75, we need an adult signature upon delivery. Please make sure someone is available to receive your package. If not, follow the shipping company's instructions to recover it. No one likes surprises, so be aware that once the carrier deadline passes, we can't offer merchandise or shipping refunds.

Rates may change, but we'll always give you a heads-up. If there's any difference in cost, we'll get in touch before shipping.
